Where We Deliver We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Method All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched via standard courier service. Our solid wood furniture is securely boxed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Assembly Assembly is included as part of your delivery — our team will ensure your furniture is fully assembled in your chosen room, so it's ready to enjoy straight away.

Delivery Timeframes Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture, please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of your order for delivery. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges Shipping (with assembly included) is calculated at checkout. The exact charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Failed Deliveries Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the agreed delivery date. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging our furniture, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can resolve this promptly.
